Ran a 5k yesterday morning, in which I finished 2nd for my age category! Woohoo. Only 275 runners so perhaps not as special as it sounds, but considering I more than halved my time from the same race last year (minus the stroller and nursing baby ...) I was pretty pleased.

Got a haircut and visit from P yesterday, both of which were delightful. Nice to hear people talk your own language :).

Fynn's been sick on/off for 3 days, puking like mad at times. M and I both caught it last night, with violent results. Barely vertical at the moment, lost 4 pounds, and heading back to bed.

Happy Anniversary indeed! Glad we hadn't managed to make plans.
