Herds of Minnows

I know they're not herds, they're probably schools, but I'm glad that the last (I think) bunch has decided to exit my body in a rush ... the nether end that is. Food poisoning sucks, and if you've had it you know what I'm talking about.

update : I was wrong, more herds. my father-in-law says activated charcoal helps absorb the poison, i think M is picking up some after his chiro appointment. here's hoping ... fynn is crawling around the floor eating douglas' picked over orange peels from his school snack, and D's at the table working on a book, his latest obsession. i'm not too mom-focused today.
